Under an accord with the National Foundation for Children, Peru, we accepted children who are too old for adoption (ages 13 - 17). We are finding them well behaved and eager to learn. We have until they are 18 to prepare them for life on their own. We are already teaching them to manufacture decorative items for sale, as well as cooking, computers, English, music and
civic skills.
